Ditto everyone, including your dad, that Firefox is the better browser!

Maybe Firefox can help my fingers from making dumb keyboard mistakes.

To add to the list, I think one of the nice things about Firefox is that it makes the transition from IE relatively painless.

First, it will import all your IE bookmarks (oh, sorry, your “Favorites”) when you first install, giving you a much more flexible bookmark management function into the bargain. Plus they’ve made sure that most of the shortcut keys and menu options in IE are mirrored in Firefox.

There’s even an entire section in the help system designed to ease the transition for IE users.

And when you DO switch to FF, you should make sure to grab a copy of IE View (http://tinyurl.com/2zhcc7) – a little plugin that lets you open any page you’re viewing in IE (with a simple right mouse click), so you can easily switch between old & busted and new hotness

I’ve had Firefox on my comp and my laptop since they were in BATA and I keep them around “just in case”

Da Fox and I had some issues a while back when it turned out that users of said browser who visited my site couldn’t see some of the graphics. This lead to an entire redesign. Now everything works well.

Firefox also paved the way for the new Explorer’s look and style. Personally, if I had to chose between Explorer 7 and Firefox, I would pick Da Fox.
